You've come a long way baby!

It has been quite a process, but just look how far our little house has come since we moved in almost a year ago. Mark and I have been busy painting (almost every room), "de-golding" we like to call it, upgrading appliances, landscaping and renovating our master bath and closet. We are really happy with the changes and hope that one day it will help with resale!

Master Closet Before (not so much a master closet!)

Master Closet After (Mark and I had 2/3 of the attic finished and turned into our closet.)

Master Bath Before- I must have deleted the other photos because they were so ugly, but the bathroom was REALLY small. There was only room for 1 person which didn't work too well for us. Plus the bath was not connected to the master bedroom. Our bedroom is to the right.

Master Bathroom After (we totally gutted the bath and pushed it back into the old closet to create our new dream bath! Our new bath has 2 sinks and a walk in shower!!)

2nd Upstairs Bedroom After (looks worse huh?)
Mark likes to use this as his "changing room". :)

The way life should be....Maine

Lobster Time at Abel's Lobster Pound. I went for the Lazy Lobster because I just wasn't in the mood to mess around with that green stuff inside those poor things.

Reliving my glory days from when I worked back at Camp Mataponi in Naples, Maine. Feels good to be back!

Hiking the trails of Acadia National Park with Phil and Krista. It was truly a beautiful sight to see!

The Manor House Inn- our cute little bed and breakfast. Lots of floral wall paper!

Beautiful Bar Harbor. How I love you so!

Finally, the big show. Phil, Krista, Mark and I at Emily and Joe's incredible wedding. What an event!

Rumble in the Jungle Part 2 &3- Costa Rica in Photos

Our last stop on Tour la Costa Rica was Playa Concal. This was more of a beach/resort type town.

Since we were on our honeymoon we got to take a cocktail cruise. Oooh lala.

Ooops! Guess I exceeded that 24lb. luggage limit. Had to take one for the team and divide my clothes up into 2 bags so that they would even consider putting it on the little plane. What do you do when you are out of luggage? Use a trash bag!!

Sitting on the runway waiting for our plane to touch down while drinking a tasty coke light. Who needs airport security!?

Mark taking in the spa like atmosphere at the Tabacon Hot Springs in La Fortuna, CR.

Looking SUPER classy after a wet run at the zip line. We zipped for 1.7 miles, 700 feet of the ground! What a rush!

While taking in all that the Osa Peninsula had to offer we ran across this little guy sitting in a nearby tree- 2 toed sloth. He has the cutest face!

We woke up at the crack of dawn to attend an "Early Birds" bird watching tour. Oh Boy! The group was very diverse in age; with Mark and I being at least 30 years younger than the rest of the group. We did see some quite extraordinary birds, but I don't think that I would wake up at 5 a.m. again just for this. :)
